Through this 12-min survey, you will describe your experience of a group. We will share your results with you at the end.

We thank you for your time.

Jim Ritchie-Dunham, Institute for Strategic Clarity

If you have been asked by a group in which you participate to answer this survey, your group will benefit from your response by receiving information that can further enhance its effectiveness.

This survey is designed to explore the individual and collective experience of groups and their leadership. This survey is part of a more in-depth research inquiry to further understand the broad spectrum of today’s leadership in the world. The goal is to understand how different groups and leaders show up in their level of vibrancy, performance and leadership.

This survey consists of a series of statements, which you will be rating on a five-point scale. It may take 12 minutes to complete. The information you provide will be treated confidentially.

Making sure your information is kept private is important to us. Any identifying information that you provide on this first page will be removed and stored separate from your responses to the survey. Each study participant is assigned a study identification number and only this ID number is used on study materials. You can be assured that no one can access or use your personal information, as captured in the survey.

If you have any questions, please contact Jim Ritchie-Dunham (jimrd@instituteforstrategicclarity.org).

This survey is anonymous.

The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it.

If you used an identifying token to access this survey, please rest assured that this token will not be stored together with your responses. It is managed in a separate database and will only be updated to indicate whether you did (or did not) complete this survey. There is no way of matching identification tokens with survey responses.
